Garlic and dill seasoned fish fillets - Filets de poisson à l'aneth et ail


We try to have fish at least 2 or 3 times a week.. and though I certainly have my preferences (hello salmon!) I definitely enjoy trying different types of fish. Any white fish will do for this recipe, and I've got to say pairing it with garlic, lemon and dill is kinda great!

Servings 2 

Ingredients
  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh or frozen dill, chopped
  • salt, pepper
Preparation

Clean and dry the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and marinate with a mixture of lemon, garlic and dill for half an hour (or more if you can).

Heat a pan with a tsp of oil and cook skin side down for a few minutes. 

Serve with a salad, or oven roasted veggies like this healthy Tunisian Kafteji.
